Warmoes

Warmoes is a young instrumental folk band from the picturesque village of Gooik. It all started in 2021 when Milan Robberechts wrote his first folk tune. Together with Laris D’hose (bass guitar), Marieke D’hose (accordion), Laurens Maris (percussion) and Arno Molenschot (tenor saxophone) that seed grew into an energetic and versatile band.

Their distinctive sound is seasoned with influences from jazz, pop and funk, with the piano as the main ingredient. Warmoes serves a tasty menu of dance music ranging from gentle mazurkas and waltzes to spicy bourrées. All infused with an infectious energy that could get even the stiffest houseplant moving.
