Duo Plodocus

Duo Plodocus creates a gentle, mischievous bal from original compositions and traditional themes, all served in its own Plodocus sauce. With Eymeric Amselem on violin, Sidonie Couëdel on diatonic accordion and vocals, the duo travels through varied musical landscapes, moving between couple dances, mixers, Breton dances and dances from Poitou, Auvergne and south-western France. The notes breathe, sizzle, tickle and creep up the neck before joining the rhythm of the Plodocus steps. The result is playful, curious music with a light touch and plenty of movement.
