Camping Spot at Ghentian Sea Scouts (2,1 km)

At the request of some visitors, we have made a small number of tent spots available at the Ghentian Sea Scouts, located about 2.1 km from the festival venue. A shuttle service will run between this site and the festival.

Those who wish to use this option will set up their own tent in the designated area and must bring all necessary camping equipment (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag). Showers and toilets are available in the heated building on site.

Important Weather Warning: Late February in Ghent is often cold. The average daytime temperature is around 11°C, while at night it drops to about 4°C. Wind and moisture can make it feel even colder. Although the weather is typically dry and sunny, rain is possible. Camping at this time of year can be uncomfortable if you are not well-prepared. Make sure you have a well-insulated, waterproof tent and adequate warm sleeping gear.
