Naragonia kwartet

Last year they graced Balhalla as a duo and now we warmly welcome them back in a bigger line up. Naragonia has been voted best Flemish folk band and is a firm favourite on the international balfolk scene.

Since 2006 the Naragonia Quartet has toured all over Europe and is far more than just an expanded version of the duo. Maarten Decombel (mandola, guitar) and Luc Pilartz (violin) add their own colours to the unique interplay of Toon Van Mierlo and Pascale Rubens.

The result is a powerful distinctive and swinging musical universe that has produced three highly acclaimed albums and fills dance floors everywhere. Top class balfolk and we are proud to welcome them back.
